With the effective cooperation of non-woven fabric and breathable film, iron powder reacts with oxygen, can effectively control temperature, and also has the effect of moisture resistance. The adhesive layer is pasted on the gelatin layer.
Body warmer bags can be customized. If you have a design drawing, please send the design drawing to us. We can design for you if you need us to design for you until you are satisfied. The thickness of commonly used packaging bags is 0.12mm. If you have special requirements, you can contact us to custom packaging bags. The MOQ for packaging bags is 50,000 pieces. The version fee of the bag needs to be confirmed after communication. The cost is about USD $60~$80 per color. If there are several colors, the cost will be doubled. Generally, a maximum of 7 colors can be made. Because the packaging bag will have color differences during printing, in order to reduce the color, in addition to confirming the color of the photo, you can send a sample for confirmation first. The process of proofing is to make a plate first, and then make a sample packaging bag. It takes about 15 days to proof the packaging bag, and the sampling fee for 100 sample packaging bags is USD $150~$220. If the packaging bag is directly plate-made, the plate-making period is 7 days, and the production period of the bag is about 7-10 days. After the packaging bag is produced, the production cycle of the body warmer will take about ten days. This is an approximate time, and the specific construction period needs to be confirmed after communication.
If you need to customize the self-adhesive printed with your own logo, the minimum order quantity for self-adhesive paper printing is 100,000 pieces. The cost of the adhesive version is USD$100 per color, the construction period is 10 days, and a deposit of USD$88/10,000 pieces is required. Our general adhesive is a white color, if you use our adhesive, there is no printing fee.
As for the ISO, MSDS, and CE certifications of warm stickers. General customers have no requirement for this, if you need it, you can contact us to ask for it.
